SP5DER offers a 14-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that limited edition drops and archive sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original SP5DER packaging, ensuring all holographic tags and brand labels are attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
